General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of services (courses, training courses) offered by Alpine Bike Chamonix.
2. Reservation
Reservations are made online with immediate payment via a secure platform (Stripe/Paypal). Confirmation is sent by e-mail.
3. Prices
Prices are given in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the French General Tax Code). Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Cancellation
- Customer cancellation: full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
- Less than 7 days: no refund, except in cases of justified force majeure.
- Cancellation by Alpine Bike Chamonix: full refund or postponement.
5. Liability
Customers must be covered by civil liability insurance. Helmets must be worn.
6. Disputes
All disputes will be settled amicably. Failing this, the competent court will be the Bonneville court.
Privacy policy
1. Collected data
Last name, first name, email, phone, booking data, payment (via Stripe - we do not store bank details).
2. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to manage your booking, to contact you and, if you have given your consent, to inform you of our offers.
3. Storage & security
Data is hosted in France (o2switch). Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect them.
4. Cookies
Cookies are used for site operation, reservations and statistics (Google Analytics via Site Kit). A banner allows you to manage them.
5. Shelf life
Data is kept for 3 years after the last interaction, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Your rights
